Elizabeth joined Forrester in 1997 and co-founded Forrester’s Healthcare & Life Sciences research practice in 1999. Her research focuses on health plan and life sciences firms’ efforts to influence the behavior of various healthcare stakeholders. 
For health plans, Elizabeth researches and consults on customer experience, Web site usability, and decision support for members, employers, providers, and brokers. She has worked with leading national and regional health plans to drive administrative efficiency and loyalty-producing customer experience. 
For life sciences firms, Elizabeth focuses on professional and consumer marketing initiatives, including eDetailing, compliance, and adherence marketing. She has worked with most leading pharma firms to help drive their digital marketing strategic planning.
Elizabeth also leads Forrester’s research on healthcare unbound — technologies in, on, and around the body that free care from formal institutions. This burgeoning technology field includes sensor technology, wearable computing, and home-based health monitoring solutions.
Before joining Forrester, Elizabeth was a health extension volunteer with the Peace Corps in Burkina Faso, West Africa.
